Terms of Use — Gallery Chameleon

By using Gallery Chameleon ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Your content

The app lets you upload images, paint on them, and share them with other players via a join code. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to use and share it.

You keep ownership of everything you create. We do not claim your artwork.

To be able to run the game, we need your permission to handle what you upload. By uploading a hide, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, and display that content solely in order to operate the app — that is, to show your hide to the players you share its join code with. This licence exists only so the game can work; we will not use your content to promote the app or for any other purpose without asking you first. It ends when the content is deleted (which happens automatically 7 days after upload, or as soon as you tap Stop sharing).

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, sexual or pornographic, violent or gory, hateful, harassing, that depicts or exploits minors, that infringes anyone else's rights, or that is otherwise objectionable.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

4. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

• Any player can report a shared image from within the app. Each player may report a given image once.
• Any player can block a creator so they no longer see that creator's content.
• A report does not automatically delete anyone's game. Every report is reviewed by a person.
• We review reports and remove violating content, and may suspend or ban the responsible user, within 24 hours of a report.
• An image reported by several different players is hidden automatically while it awaits that review, and is restored if the review clears it.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully and to respect other players. Remember that anyone you give a join code to can see the image you hid. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to enforce these Terms.

6. Content lifetime

Games you upload are automatically deleted from our servers 7 days after they are created, and you can stop sharing one at any time from the My Hides screen. The app keeps a copy of your own finished artwork on your device. We are not a storage or backup service, and we are not responsible for content that is deleted or lost.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from content shared by other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
